More about 432Hz and Earth Gong.

SoundTouch Sound Healing and Sound Meditations relate to "Mathematics of the Universe" to harmonise and balance your whole being.

The principle sound and vibration in each SoundTouch session is provided by Planetary Gongs of the Earth (432.Hz), the Sun and the Moon. The Gong is believed to produce the Universal Sound of Om and creates "a vast ocean of sound" to still the mind, soothe the spirit and resonate the chakras.  Alongside other instruments and being in nature in the Sound Lodge, the rejuvenating sound waves in this meditative experience are healing, harmonising and energising.

It is said that 432Hz vibrates with the universe’s golden mean PHI and unifies the properties of light, time, space, matter, gravity and magnetism with biology, the DNA code, and consciousness. When our atoms and DNA start to resonate in harmony with the spiralling pattern of nature, our sense of connection to nature is said to be magnified. The number 432 is also reflected in ratios of the Sun, Earth, and Moon, as well as the precession of the equinoxes, the Great Pyramid of Egypt, Stonehenge, and many other sacred sites.

"This work with energy and music is the spiritual work for the coming age.  The seed of the spiritual is found in the physical.  In the heart of the cells, in the spiral of the DNA, is written the divine story.  When scientific research, spiritual practice and artistic work together, heaven and earth are in resonance"  Fabien Maman.

How 432Hz is inspiring me and the power of silence

An article in Collective Evolution called "Here's why you should convert your music to 432Hz" came just at the right time for me. I am looking to explore new means of  engaging people and explaining the benefits of my particular approach of sound meditation with Gongs. Beautifully in perfect synchronicity, whilst playing at a Festival last week, I played solely gongs for an optimal 45 minute immersion in sound followed by the loudest and most profound silence I have ever experienced. There was no need or desire for anyone to talk and we sat in silence for 20 minutes and then gently and very mindfully people went on with their evening in a beautifully resonant state. Indeed someone described the experience as "a vast interspace of beauty."

So for me this heralds a new approach starting in September, 45-minute Gong Bath meditations followed by silence, to encourage people not to engage too quickly with their busy minds.
